Well for once maybe the stats reflect the game - 21 shots for the Spuds?

The stats show the difference in class in the end. We battled hard but most of the football (especially second half) was played by Spurs. e need to refocus on Hartlepool now and realise this was a great run for a Div 1 team. Well done lads.

despite Defoes hattrick, he should have got more IMO, as has been said I thought he had more clear cut chances than everyone else put together and in one ot two couls and should have dont better, but again was caught against Ankergren who was again in superb form
