Leeds United had to settle for another point in a goalless draw with Fulham.

Leeds survived early pressure from Fulham to take a grip of the game and they will feel aggrieved not to come away with the three points after Chris Wood had a goal wrongly disallowed for offside.

Fulham started strongly with Stefan Johansen and Aboubakar Kamara both firing just wide.

They went even closer when Ibrahima Cisse saw his effort come back off the post.

Cisse`s effort seemed to spring Leeds into life and Wood had a great chance to put Leeds ahead when he got in behind the Fulham defence but David Button in the Fulham goal denied him.

Wood looked to get in behind the Fulham defence again soon afterwards but the assistant`s flag stopped the attack, ruling Wood offside.

The striker then had the ball in the net just before the break but once again the assistant ruled Wood offside but replays showed that he was onside.

Leeds continued to work hard in the second half to deny Fulham space and Luke Ayling had a good chance on the hour for the home side but he could only fire wide.

Youngster Conor Shaughnessy had been called into the Leeds defence for the game due to an injury to Liam Cooper and he proved crucial with an excellent block to deny Neeskens Kebano a shot on goal.

Felix Wiedwald then produced a good save to deny Aluko after he had got in behind the Leeds defence.

Kalvin Phillips and Stuart Dallas both had late chances for Leeds but they had to settle for another point in their second goalless draw at Elland Road in four days.
