Leeds and Norwich battled out a 1-1 draw in an entertaining game at Carrow Road.
Simon Grayson made just one change from the side that beat Bristol City last weekend.
Luciano Becchio came off the bench to score a hat trick and took the place of Davide Somma in attack.
Norwich started strongly but Leeds had the first shot on target when John Howson saw his shot saved by Ruddy in the Norwich goal.
The home side continued to take the game to Leeds and Fox saw his shot deflected wide for a corner.
Leeds took the lead on thirteen minutes, Max Gradel took advantage of a good advantage played by the referee after a foul on Becchio and drilled the ball past Ruddy who will feel he should have done better.
The goal spurred Leeds on and Bradley Johnson had his usual way off target effort from distance.
Norwich had a chance from a free kick after Bruce brought down Holt on the edge of the area.
Chris Martin shot found the target but it was straight at Schmeichel.
Crofts had a good chance for the home side when he found himself one against one with Schmeichel but the midfielder pushed the ball wide of the keeper but to far wide to have any chance of an attempt on goal.
Leeds were still continuing to look dangerous on the break and they had another great chance, Becchio found Gradel and his shot was tipped over the bar by Ruddy.
Gradel was looking particularly dangerous, he once again tested Ruddy after cutting in from the left.
Minutes later Gradel again saw a shot deflected for a corner after a quick free kick by Kilkenny.
Norwich ended the half with consecutive corners but the Leeds defence held firm to go in at half time 1-0 ahead.
Grant Holt had an early chance for the home side in the second half but his shot cleared the crossbar.
Holt had an even better chance minutes later when he hit the post from close range after some good play by the home side.
The home side were increasing the pressure and Schmeichel made a tremendous save to keep out a Chris Martin shot.
Norwich brought Hoolahan on just past the hour and he had an early chance but a good block came in to put the ball out for a corner.
From the resulting corner, Leon Barnett rose highest in the box to head past Schmeichel with twenty-five minutes remaining.
The goal brought Leeds to life and a number of balls into the box came to nothing.
The home side continued to press Leeds and Jackson blasted over the bar when in a good position.
Simon Grayson made his first changes of the afternoon with just over five minutes remaining when Lloyd Sam replaced Max Gradel.
Wes Hoolahan went close to giving Norwich the lead but his shot went just wide of the post.
Leeds made another substitution with three minutes remaining when Ross McCormack replaced Neil Kilkenny.
The referee indicated four minutes of added time as Norwich looked for a winner.
Despite the added on time neither side could find a winner in an entertaining game.
