There has been a lot of Big Match revisited on this week. Been loving the games from the mid 70s

I've been watching some of them as well. The good old days.
Just seen something on t'internet. Apparently ER East Stand is the 6 largest capacity stand in Britain holding 15,100 (doesn't include bowl shape stadiums where there are no individual stands such as the Emirates).

I know when it was built it was the biggest canteliver stand in the country.

I watched it this morning. Brought back so many memories and a lot of games I was at. Taking Villa and Wednesday apart on their own patch and they were both in the top six. Seeing the Lowfields rocking.

Just watched it. I did a few games that season. Spurs away was my memory.
That was a great team and what a midfield. Strachan, McAllister, Batty and Speed...not too far off Bremner, Giles, Gray and Lorimer.

Not too far off but still not quite to that standard

I was at spurs. Right behind the goal. I was nearly nicked before the kick off because I refused to move near the front when I first went in and the away end was half empty.

It got rammed by kick off. Bodies everywhere after that 3rd goal.
