Given his track record at LS11 would you trust him with any money.

He has a column in the Independant on Saturday he was praising the signing of Tonge plus other things. It was just like his after match observations

This is beginning to sound like Larry and his missed targets. Who in their right mind would want to come to Leeds now. Of course if you are over 30, have zero pace and prepared to play totally out of position, then this is the place for you. And if you are especially lucky you can get the title " I've signed a real leader now!"

I don't think we should be blaming the manager. It once again looks like a lack of funds and dealing in the bargain basement. Missed out on Chris Wood because we couldn't match Leicester. He has scored 6 goals in 3 games for them. That is the diference between us and teams that are serious about getting out of this division.

I blame the manager as the cut price veterans he has brought in play like they don't care. Bargain basement or not players should work at their trade and not roll over when the going gets tough. At least five of the current team would be disqualified for not trying if they were boxers and the manager should see to that and get them out of the team.
Rumour in Leeds today is that Kevin Doyle turned us down as we could not get near his wage demands. We don't need players like this who value themselves above their station and come to wind down their careers. We would be better off writing off this season and letting the youngsters get some senior time under their belts.

Yeah i seem to think its another case of lack of funds. If warnock had been given X amount of £s to spend then im sure he would have been like a kid in a sweet shop.. Icant see any signings until we have sold some players. Smells like bates is still in control of the purse strings..

So are we saying that because there is a lack of cash and subsequently a lower standard of player at the club the players we have can play without passion or pride and that the manager is blameless in this. We are being systematically out fought, out run and out performed by teams who have invested far less than we have (look at Barnsley last week) and whose players earn less than ours (Keith Hill on being sacked by Barnsley said they have the lowest wage costs in the division) yet they tear us apart.
Warrnock needsto get a grip of what he has and get them WORKING.
