Lets see whether his idea of quality matches that of the supporters. He told us he had earmarked Varney to replace Snodgrass ? What a joke. Peltier to replace him as club captain ? What a joke. Tonge as midfield creator, Tate as our steadying influence at the back, I could go on. I don't think he has brought any real quality into the club and Byram was a lucky break for him.
Should he bring Killock back ?? Should he listen to Redfearn when he says Byram wasn't the leading contender to step up to the first team and Kiillock, Lenighan, Dawson and Poleon were ahead of him ??
I am not sure I trust him any longer to spend money wisely or drop his favourites who have consistently failed like Varney (Eddie Gray has commented several times that he thinks his nephew is a better player)

I will just state that anyone who thinks Varney is anything better than a pub footballer needs to retire from the game.

He wouldn't have got in the team I used to play for at the weekend.

So,Neil Warnock says he cannot wait until the transfer window opens. To me it sounds like he has got the players that are on his hit list. But will he be able to bring them to Elland Road and for how long. I just hope he brings in players that will be able to blend in with the currently squad and make an immediate impact.

Admittedly, Varney doesn't look like the same Luke Varney that played and scored goals in the Premiership? Does he really want to be at ER!

He joined Blackpool on a season long loan and scored 5 premiership goals ( 30 apps ), the last being late November. The goals dried up and he has never scored a premiership goal since.
The next season joined Championship Portsmouth and scored 6 goals ( 30 apps ).
Then he joined Leeds and we know the story

I am really concerned about what will happen in January. We already have 11 new players since Colin waltzed in ( most of them complete s**te). Many of us have said on numerous occasions let the youngsters loose and fck the rest back off to their respective clubs. We do have some quality within the club, but unfortunately we seem to have managers who are afraid to take a chance and let a settled side gel for at least 4 or 5 games and actually get to know each other. Instead, as soon as we lose, out comes the lottery ticket and it's anybody's guess what the team will be. I
