Michalik is back for keeps

Gary McAllister has succeeded where Dennis Wise had been hoping to, he made Lubo Michalik a Leeds signing, and on a permanent basis.

Wise had sounded out Michalik as one of the players he had most wanted to sign, and an undisclosed amount saw McAllister achieve this on Thursday. 24 year old Michalik, who had a successful loan spell at Elland Road last season, has signed a three and a half year contract.

The 24 year old was McAllister's second deal of the day.

We now have 5 centre backs, good competition, can't see Heath getting a lookin though, not as good as the other 4.
