Kenton signs permanently

On loan defender Darren Kenton has made his switch from Leicester a permanent one.

Dennis Wise brought Kenton to Elland Road, initially on a one-month loan but new Leeds boss Gary McAllister is happy to extend this to a permanent deal until the end of the current campaign.

Kenton, who became the first signing on deadline day, would have been out of contract with Leicester in the summer anyway.

Kenton has played well for us while being on loan..When i watched him he played out of his skin...No doubt becoming a perm part of Leeds United will only give him more grit and determination to a quality player for us..Welcome aboard Darren.
