Peter Sweeney All But Signed
Peter Sweeney has all but signed at Elland Road and can't wait to play in front of 30,000 fans every week, read today's update here.
'Well, I've passed the medical at Leeds United. All going well I will sign the contract very soon.
'Leeds are a huge club. The aim of everyone at Elland Road is to take it back to where it belongs at the highest level.
'The whole thing came about pretty quickly while I was on loan from Stoke at Walsall. We played Leeds last month, I had a pretty good game and I think the Leeds' manager Dennis Wise had a good look at me.
'I know Wisey from my Millwall days. They were some of my best times in football. He knows what I'm all about. I know what he's about. I had a bit longer on my loan spell at Walsall but as soon as I knew Leeds were interested there wasn't a moment's hesitation.'

I hope we don't sign Leon Clarke. Saw him for Southend recently and he was awful!

Leon Clarke is one of the best young strikers in the league and would be ideal for you as Beckford will be sold to Derby very shortly.
