Sweeney Set to Join Leeds

Stoke City midfielder Peter Sweeney will undergo a medical on Wednesday at Leeds United’s Thorp Arch training ground having already agreed personal terms.

The 23-year-old has previously played under Dennis Wise at MIllwall and is now widely expected to join the club, provided that medically speaking he’s fit and able to do so.

The signing will be the second midfielder, under 25 that Dennis Wise has added to his squad in as many days following the capture of Northampton Town’s Bradley Johnson.

should do well for you, he looked useful here at Walsall, but the reason he is in league Two (albeit on loan!!) is he has not full filled his potential, for Walsall was very good but lacked a killer end product, work on that and he will go from strenght to strenght
