Johnson Set For Leeds Talks

Dennis Wise has found a new way to upset pre-match plans of the opposition, bid to sign their new players! Northampton Town have given Leeds permission to talk to 20-year-old Bradley Johnson.

The midfielder has played nearly every game this season for Northampton, notching up an impressive 5 goals and is said to be one of the clubs brightest talents. Johnson was set to be recalled to the starting line-up for the match against Leeds; however a bid of around £250,000 appears to have changed the mind of manager Stuart Gray.

The winger was left out of Northampton’s New Years Day match with Millwall as he had been in discussions over a move to a Championship club that he has since reportedly rejected.
