Leeds United Make First Signing

23 year-old Finnish midfielder Sebastian Sorsa is Dennis Wise's first January transfer signing.

The former Finnish U-21 joins from HJK Helsinki and is set to add a bit of flair to the Leeds United squad.

'Sorsa was obviously delighted with the move and told leedsunited.com:

I'm delighted to be here and my first hope is to get myself into the team.

'If it wasn't for the points Leeds would be leading the table, and it's been a great season so far for the club.

'It's a big challenge, but my first goal is to get into the team.'

nope but a number of players have out-lived their usefulness and the rest are looking drained....its been a massive season so far pulling back those points, mentally tiring for the squad we have. Squad needs freshening up

I still think you will go up automatically, but in this League, every game is a cup final for the teams you play, where you have to scrap & Leeds have done that to date! No need to worry just yet!

The defence certainly needs tightening up of late..So welcome Young man and let's hope you achieve you're goal..A First team slot!

Lets hope he's a bit more succesful than Da Costa. Lets hope a few more are following him in.

He seems to want to play and do well for the club which is what we need. The players do seem to have lost that edge of late and hopefully a few new signings will help boost the team once more.
