'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Wise Wants Repeat Performances

Leeds United boss Dennis Wise wants a similar outcome to the second half of the season to the first half as Leeds look to continue their amazing comeback story.

The defeat at Swansea was a slight knock back in what has generally been a fantastic season for Leeds who have become promotion candidates despite starting the season 15 points behind everybody else! Wise spoke to the official Leeds United website:

We have to try and get another 52 points from our next 23 games and if we do that we will have a good chance.

They were disappointed afterwards on Saturday, but I said 'come on, we've done well so far'.

Now, we've got to produce in the second half of the season and if we do we'll have a fantastic chance of getting promoted.'

ith some careful additions in the January transfer window, including the possibility of short term deals to cover for the recent spate of injuries, there is absolutely no reason why we can`t win this league even without our 15 points back!
