Leeds Name Strong Reserve Side

All but one of the starting 11 for Leeds United’s reserve team fixture against Sheffield Wednesday have featured in the first team this season as Dennis Wise looks to take advantage of a break in league action.

There is now a 10-day gap between league fixtures, and the management have sought to use this wisely, giving much needed match practice to a number of players who have been in the fringes of first team action, or are returning from injury.

Radostin Kishishev will finally start a game following his second loan move to Elland Road and Tore Andre Flo will make a much welcomed first start for the club since January in any competition!

The game is set to be broadcast live on LUTV (kick off Wednesday 7pm) and the squad is as follows:

Leeds United Reserves: Lund, Madden, Huntington, Parker, Westlake, Weston, Thompson, Kishishev, Da Costa, De Vries, Flo. Subs: Bayly, Edwards, Rothery, Elliott, Fisher.

The players in the team are only really fringe players, or ones that are coming back after injury and need a few run outs.
