Kandol Strike Seals All 3 Points

Tresor Kandol does exactly what I told him to do, as his goal was the difference to help Leeds go 12 games unbeaten.

Fresh from signing his new contract, Kandol picked up a loose ball from the goalkeeper to sweep home, the goal making all the difference!

Leeds had the best of the match, and easily showed that they are promotion candidates!

More reaction coming up soon!

Quick To Get This One On The Board For Everyone To Read Ed? Not So Quick Last Week Against The O's.....Only Sing When Your Winning?
horseworrier
Absolute rubbish! Leeds did not have the best of the match at all, were you there if so what game where you watching?? You are a strong side and played well, but when you read a detailed match report you will realise that Brighton had the majority of play and only poor finishing stopped us from being the first team to beat you.
Seagull Steve
Steve, a wins a win mate unlucky.. we get the three points what do you get?
tedpowelluk
Excuse The Ed SeagullSteve...He Picks And Chooses, After Last Weeks Disappointment V Orient And No Match Report He Needed To Beef It up A Bit This Week....!
horseworrier
Horseworrier......only sing when we`re winning....thats most of the time mate, seagull steve....you have to score to win games...hartlepool, forest, swansea, luton, yeovil, tranmere, bristol....they`ve all had a moan, but goals win games!
yorkshirepride1
You missed my point. Yes we missed our chances but shouldn't an editor of a website that is read by all fans at least tell the truth. We missed our chances and should have scored, but it was El Abd's slice that let Kandol score from a few yards out into an open goal. LUFC 1 I recomend you read a match report and look at the stats before making comments like you were 'the better side' - I think you will find it was very even and just about in favour of Brighton.
Seagull Steve
some sour grapes on here!!!!
red_gilly
Have to agree with steve, listened to the match on LUTV,Brighton had most of the play as for us we had a few moments..As steve says his side had poor finishing..Still glad we took the 3 points..Sorry Mate but that's football.

It's not really sour grapes as I feel that we did really well today and am encouraged that we stood up to one of the leagues best teams and had a real go. On another day we would have won but we'll move on as if we play like we did this afternoon we will finish around where we want to and that is hopefully the play offs. As I say, plenty of positives just my point was that your editor should tell the whole story about games. Well done on the three points and good luck for the rest of the season.
Seagull Steve
I understand where your coming from as i too would be miffed if it was about our team. Thanks for your comments about our lads being one of the best teams in this league. You too should be proud of your lads. The commentary on them today was excellent esp Robinson and that young lad Elder.. Im sure they going be up there too come the end of the season.I wish your lads good luck for the rest of the season..Hope our next encounter is a CORKER!!!

You have to remember that the Ed doesn't attend games so Steve you have a fair point. You should give a true reflection of the game and let the forum colleagues debate what should and shouldn't have been. That said another win and three points who cares who the better team was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thats Football, and A Sign Of A Good Team If You Win Despite Having An OFF Day.......Hopefully You'll Have Another Offday Next Week With A Different Result Guys.....! May The Best Team Win And Just Hope It's The Football That Gains The Headlines...!
horseworrier
Neither team had the best of the match. Both were poor, and the game was the most dire game of football I have ever witnessed. Brighton were just as woeful as Leeds. Brightons stadium by the way is THE WORST I have ever had the displeasure of visiting, and that includes Luton!
milkylufc
you lot will av to start every season minus 15

Brighton's Stadium IS Bad But They Are There As A Result Of Circumstances Beyond Their Control And They Will Be Moving To A New Stadium In A Few Years...!
horseworrier
how you gonna feel visiting a propper stadium on sat horse?
kingyorkie
Your right Horse and nobody hates playing in it more than Brighton. They was screwed good and proper by Archer and I look forward to visiting their new stadium which the fans deserve.
dazza71
Kandol will be top scorer this season, no probs!
yorkshirepride1
If kandol does`nt get a hatful this season i`ll eat my hat, actually i ain`t got a hat so thats a safe bet!
