Da Costa, who joins us from Greek top-division side Ionikos FC for what Leeds believe is a free transfer. However the Portuguese winger is struggling to break away from his old club due to a contract argument, a disagreement that FIFA are now attempting to sort out.
The official club website states: " While this matter may not be straightforward, we are confident that the player will be cleared to play in this country."

The start we have made is beyond are wildest dreams. Especially as we was down to just 14 players the week before the season.
