Thommo and Flo sign Leeds deals

Leeds United captain Alan Thompson has signed a one-year deal with the club, despite rumoured interest from a number of Championship clubs.

The 33-year-old midfielder was released by Celtic at the end of the season after spending time on-loan at Elland Road. Boss Dennis Wise had previously announced that Thommo would skipper the side during the upcoming season.

Striker Tore Andre Flo has also signed a one-year deal. The 34-year-old former Chelsea man is currently out injured and hasn't played since he scored on his full debut against West Brom.

It's looking better by the day...!
