Leeds Confirm Gordon Departure
Leeds United has confirmed that youth player Ben Gordon has turned down the chance to stay on at Elland Road on a scholarship and full-time contract.
A short statement on the club website reads: "Leeds United can confirm that Ben Gordon has turned down the offer of a scholarship and a professional contract with the club.
Ben is entitled to speak with other clubs, but Leeds United has retained its rights to compensation."
Hopefully we can get a lot of money for him!
