Leeds United Doomed Without Bates?

Ken Bates has warned Leeds United creditors that voting against him during Fridays CVA meeting could kill off the administration-ridden club. Bates took the club into administration shortly before the end of the season, and is believed to be the preferred choice. With many a bidder circling around Leeds with various pros and cons, the Bates deal looks the most likely, however the deal hasn`t been accepted by creditors.

Bates told Yorkshire Radio: 'If they want a football club in Leeds they should make sure they vote the right way."

If the CVA fails, I can assure the fans it's unlikely there will be a Leeds United Football Club. Remember Accrington took 45 years to get back to league status from when they went out of the league."

That somewhat doesn`t sound too good to me!

I was sat reading this article in the morning paper,I then turned the page to read that Seth Johnson had cost your club £15 million(£7m signing and £8m in wages). He made 58 appearances for Leeds. Is it any wonder your in the state you are?But I have to admit I had a semi-on after I had finished!!!!!

He has to say that. If he's a nice guy, he gets the club, sells the club...earns money!

What a mess to be in thinking you will be doomed without bates. Scratch my head at how a club like this ends up like this. Is this the end of Leeds as any kind of football team? you guys must be furious?
