Morris Wants Leeds and Boston!?

One of the potential new owners of Leeds United is rumoured to be interested in purchasing Boston United. The Pilgrims filed for administration, but went one better than Leeds, making the announcement whilst their last game of the season was still ongoing, allowing them to avoid a 10 point deduction next season. Simon Morris is now interested in purchasing the club, as well as continuing his interest in Leeds.

Football League laws forbid one person or company having ownership of more than one English club, but Morris believes he can pursue bids for both clubs as he already has parties interested in purchasing Boston from him upon leaving administration. Morris` spokesman told the Lincolnshire Echo: 'SR Morris group are fully aware of Football League regulations with regards to dual ownership.

SR Morris Group would never allow that to become an issue - simply because we know of several interested parties who want to take Boston United on as a going concern.'

If he's serious about Leeds United then trying to own two clubs with problems is a stupid idea.

Super-Leeds
The idea is to buy leeds to keep, and to buy boston to sell off from what I can work out. Answer is however, no thanks!
