'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Wisey Defiant, Chris Moyles Doubtful

Leeds United boss Dennis Wise has today spoken of the collective mission to keep the club in the Championship.

A meeting was held before the Birmingham City match where the points system was explained (I could have told them: 3 points for a win!) and the boss was left feeling confident.

This of course didn't account for Nicklas Bendtner I guess!

Wisey: 'I showed them and they realised they are well capable of doing this.

'We had a long chat about understanding what we have to do to achieve what we want to achieve.

'There's some games where we are well capable. The lads gave me more points than I expected.'

Right, how it all pans out. Leeds have 11 games remaining and are level on points with Southend, however the inferior goal difference keeps us at the foot of the table. With games against Southend, Luton and Ipswich, there is absolutely no reason why the lads haven't got the opportunity to fight their way out of the relegation zone.

Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles however has a different attitude, it was brought to my attention that this very "famous" Leeds United supporter has said "we're going down" and there wasn't alot that could be done about it. Moyles also suggested that season tickets were now being offered in a competition, to the value of 4. Well done mate, true supporter!
