Leeds Lose At Wolves

Leeds United were dealt a massive blow in the "great escape 2007' with an away defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Michael Kightly was the difference between the two teams, in a game that the Sky Sports commentator man was struggling to find any real excitement other than a Matt Murray wonder save from Eddie Lewis. Knight's goal 14 minutes from time meant that Leeds stay rock-bottom, with the number of games running out!

With QPR getting a good point against Plymouth, and Hull City getting a fine 3 points against Birmingham City Leeds are in some deep doggy doo-doo-doo! Things could have looked worse tonight had it not been for a 90th minute penalty for Sheff Wed against Southend. A big thank you goes out to Southend's Lewis Hunt!

Leeds boss Dennis Wise, who must be wondering what is left to try had this to say:

'We are running out of games and it is now or never.

'If we do not start getting it right soon survival will be impossible.

'We have not scored a goal in our last three games. That tells me when the final pass or the final cross comes in we are not making the right decisions.'

Vital Leeds would like to repeat for the benefit of the Leeds United players:

'We are running out of games and it is now or never.
