Owner Sparks More Leeds Comments After Latest Outburst
I`d hoped that I`d never have to think this after Massimo`s spell at the club but I`m starting to worry about Andrea and the way he is thinking after a couple of recent outbursts.
I know that he is not as bad as his predecessor - well he hasn`t been so far - but he`s suddenly been much more vocal in his opinions when the pressure has increased in the last week or so.
A few days ago, of course, we had the blow-up involving Wolves where nothing seems to have come from it so far and now he has pretty much hung out most of the players to dry with comments on talkSPORT - as quoted by Phil Hay on Twitter.
By all means, Andrea, have your say for the good of the club but keep it within the Thorp Arch walls, not on national radio. I`m far from impressed to say the least, then, but let`s take a look at what some of our other supporters are saying.
Radrizzani on @talkSPORT, talking about the players at Leeds: 'As a club we support them with eveything. We did everything they wanted but we didn't get back the commitment, the passion and the spirit. I don't want players in my team with this behaviour. I hope they can learn.'— Phil Hay (@PhilHayYEP) March 13, 2018
If he hasn't given big contract extensions to some average players he'd be able to get rid of them instead of slagging them off and being stuck with them for another 3 years.— WJ (@jessop_william) March 13, 2018
Generous calling some of them average lol— Steven Sewell (@duk1739) March 13, 2018
Get rid of Orta then! #muppets— Graeme Bandeira (@GraemeBandeira) March 13, 2018
Get rid of himself. Never his fault. AR been rubbish since took over. Got rid of best manager we had then appointed someone with no experience bringing in players on limited budget and not having foresight to replace wood. Not his fault though— peter-maurice (@petermauriceuk) March 13, 2018
Oh dear Radz has gone full Cellino— Liam Rumsey (@LiamRumsey64) March 13, 2018
Wow #badgegate had really rattled him, if Cellino was mouthing off like this he`d be lynched...— Jonathan Routledge (@jonnyroutledge5) March 13, 2018
That`ll do wonders for their confidence, and I was thinking the players couldn`t get much worse, reckon they might now— Chantelle (@clunn1989) March 13, 2018
sounds like he is very frustrated, the manager change has not improved us, he is slowly coming to terms that some of those players are not good enough. all the fans moan so why cant he? if all the players had @PJansson5 passion we would be a few points better off. #lufc— Chainsaw Charlie.. There professionals so having some constructive criticism isn`t bad. Shows that he wants them to perform a lot better than they are at the minute.— Dan Speight (@danspeight4) March 13, 2018
