LUFC Leeds Loan Watch - December 11th - 17th

Vital Leeds United is keeping a close eye on how the Leeds players are doing during their loan spells away from the club.

Leeds have six players out on a loan at the moment.

Lewie Coyle - Fleetwood Town (Season-long loan)
Appearances 21 (2) Total 21 Goals 0

Coyle came off the bench in midweek for Fleetwood as they booked their place in the Third Round of the FA Cup with a 2-0 win at Hereford to set up a mouth-watering tie against Leicester City.

The young full-back played the 90 minutes on Sunday as they returned to League One action against Peterborough United. In a dramatic finish, they conceded twice in the final minute to lose 3-2 and there was still time for Fleetwood striker Devante Cole to hit the crossbar.

The defeat sees them slip to 15th in the League One table after all the weekends results and they have now not won in the league since October.

Tyler Denton - Port Vale (Season-long loan)

Denton came off the bench on 61 minutes in midweek as Port Vale bowed out of the FA Cup at Yeovil Town.

Vale twice came from behind despite being reduced to nine-men after just 54 minutes but they eventually bowed out 3-2 after extra-time.

The young full-back once again came off the bench at the weekend as he helped Vale to a 2-1 win at Carlisle United.

Luke Murphy - Burton Albion (Season-long loan)

Murphy played the 90 minutes as he helped Burton to a crucial 1-0 win at fellow relegation rivals Bolton Wanderers on Saturday.

Antonsson was not in the Blackburn squad in midweek as they booked their place in the FA Cup Third Round with a 1-0 win at Crewe Alexandra.

He returned to the starting line-up on Saturday and he played 59 minutes of their 2-0 win against Charlton Athletic.
