Kandol To Repay Leeds United Faith

Leeds United striker Tresor Kandol is hoping to give something back to the club and boss Dennis Wise, after being given the chance to shine.

Kandol was originally on loan from Barnet but was signed permanently during the transfer window. Having moved from Barnet, the front man is desperate to prove that he can cut it in the Championship.

Kandol, on football:

I'm working hard in training....

'...I want to pay the gaffer back and the club back for bringing me here - and I want to do that by scoring goals.'

For all our sakes, I hope he does. Kandol has scored just 1 goal for Leeds so far.

lets hope he can start scoring a few goals, I dont think he is good enough for the championship personally though.

when tresor was at Luton ,Joe kinnear was manager ,Joe brought him on in a match as sub and then promptly subbed him after 10 minutes, saying he'd seen enough ,Tresor never played for Luton again.......We were all suprised when wisey paid good money for him to take him to Leeds........Hope wisey got him a british rail season ticket....as tresor had the knack of forgeting to buy one or two while at Luton!!!! http://www.soccernet.com/england/news/2000/1106/20001106_luton_973517833.html
