Leeds Chasing Pompey's O`Brien

Leeds United have been linked with yet another player as the 'loan window' opens tonight.

Dennis Wise is reportedly considering a move for Portsmouth's Republic of Ireland International Andy O`Brien.

O`Brien hasn't really had a sniff on the South Coast this season, which has cost him his place in the national squad. The end of the transfer window sparked a last minute interest from Manchester City but no deal was made and now the 27 year old may be allowed to leave on loan.

Some info on this 'loan window.' Clubs in the Football Leagues can now sign players of 93 days or less between the 8th of February and March 22nd.
