Horsfield leaves Leeds

Sheffield United striker Geoff Horsfield has left Leeds early after the club terminated his loan deal.

Horsfield was set to stay for another month, however hasn't particularly impressed and if Ken Bates is to be believed, he's quite rightly being sent back.

"Horsfield came in and asked if he could have Christmas off.

Dennis Wise`s response was to send him back to Sheffield immediately."

Leeds also say goodbye to Ugo Ehigou and goalkeeper Tony Warner, it is unlikely (for the time being) that either will be returning anytime soon.

If thats true then it's shocking! Should have just done what Nicholls' did...get yourself suspended just before Christmas! Bye bye Horse. If you have the cheek to ask for a week off then you deserve to rot in Sheffield United's reserves. No wonder Warnock wants shot.
