Alan Smith to Return?

Dennis Wise has admitted he wants to sign former Leeds United striker and crowd favourite Alan Smith.
Leeds have joined the race to sign him after
Manchester United were approached by Cardiff City about a possible loan deal.
Dennis Wise told Sky Sports News: 'We would love to get Alan Smith on loan. He is a wonderful player.
'We are talking about a quality player who has proven his ability at all levels. Whether or not we would get him we would have to wait and see.'
Alan Smith scored 56 goals for Leeds Utd in 228 appearances, including on his debut at Anfield.
It is thought Manchester United would be willing to loan him out on a short term deal so that he could get some matches now they have been knocked out of the league cup.

I'd love Smith at Villa, you can get him fit and we'll buy him in January. Deal or no deal?
The Fear
i'm not sure how the leeds fans will take to him, remember he wasn't allowed to play in Lucas Radebe's testimonial for his own safety.

Would of thought he would of jumped at the opportunity to play for you lot again. Obviously not.....
Tierney
If you don't want him, we'll have him, even on loan.
