LUFC Clark in charge of cup clash

LUFC Clark in charge of cup clash

Richard Clark will be in charge of the clash between Leeds United and Accrington Stanley on Tuesday night.

The Northumberland official took charge of 30 games last season showing 102 yellow cards and 12 reds.

Clark was in charge of Leeds on one occasion last season when they defeated Yeovil Town 2-0 at Elland Road in November.

His last game in charge of Accrington was towards the end of last season when Mansfield held them to a 1-1 home draw. He was also in charge of their 2-0 win at Scunthorpe United in November. He was to prove a pivotal game as Scunthorpe sacked their manager Brian Law after the game and went on a record breaking 27-match unbeaten run under new boss Russell Wilcox.

Referee: RICHARD CLARK (Northumberland)
Assistants: Richard Bartlett and Steven Copeland
Fourth Official: Darren Handley
