Harrogate latest side to announce Leeds friendly

Whilst we still await confirmation from Leeds United regarding the whereabouts of pre-season, it seems other clubs are happy to say they are playing us.

Grimsby Borough and Northern Ireland side Glenavon have already stated that they will be facing a Leeds United XI this pre-season and Harrogate Town are the latest side to say they will be facing the whites this summer.

Harrogate have announced on their official website that a Leeds side will be visiting them on Saturday July 12th (3pm).

The club said last week that the side would be visiting Italy as part of their pre-season plans this summer but with the players returning to training in just over two weeks` time on June 26th; fans are still desperately waiting for confirmation from the club so they can start planning their holidays around the clubs fixtures.

The branch has pick up points at Reading, Didcot, Abingdon, Oxford, Bicester and Banbury and will consider other pick up points on request.
