'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Released list to be submitted in the next week

Out of contract Leeds United players will learn their fate before next weekend as the club submit their released list.

The deadline for submitting the retained list is Saturday 17th May and Leeds have fifteen players out of contract this summer.

The club are also likely to name their list of players that they are willing to offload and listen to offers for, as new owner Massimo Cellino looks to rebuild the club from top to bottom after completing his takeover in April and he will certainly be looking to trim the huge wage bill at Elland Road.

Players out of contract this summer
Jamie Ashdown, Gboly Ariyibi, Richard Bryan, Alex Cairns, Michael Brown, El Hadji Diouf, Adam Drury, Paul Green, Ross Killock, Simon Lenighan, Danny Pugh, Charlie Taylor, Lewis Turner, Nathan Turner, and Luke Varney.
