LUFC Pearce looking to improve

LUFC Pearce looking to improve

Leeds United defender Jason Pearce says he will be looking to improve next season.

The central defender has missed just one game this season in all competitions and he has enjoyed a much improved second season in the side, being one of the few bright lights during this season.

The 26-year-old, who joined from Portsmouth in the summer of 2012, says he will be working hard in the summer as he looks to help Leeds improve next season. "I want to do better and I want to improve," Pearce told LUTV.

"I feel like I have had a good season but I always want to do better and improve.

"I am looking to work hard in the summer and have a better season next season."

Pearce is expected to make his 49th appearance of the season in the last game of the season with Derby County on Saturday with only striker Ross McCormack having featured in every game this season having played more games.
