Wise deal stalls
Swindon Town have today made a dramatic u-turn and now refused Leeds permission to talk to their management team of Dennis Wise and Gus Poyet.
Compensation terms appear to be the stalling point with the Wiltshire club demanding the equivilent of one years wages for both men.
Ken Bates, who has a history of striking hard bargains, is obviously trying to get them at a cheaper price.
Talks between the two clubs are still on-going.
