LUFC Leeds Loan Watch - December 1st - 7th

Vital Leeds will once again be looking at how our loan players are doing away from Elland Road this season.

Leeds currently have six players out on loan. Steve Morison (Millwall), as well as Nathan and Lewis Turner (Chester) are all out on season long loans.

Charlie Taylor (Fleetwood Town), Ross Killock (Chester FC), and Aidy White (Sheffield United) are all on short-term loans until the New Year.

Steve Morison - Millwall (Season)
Starting in midweek first. Morison made his first start in two months and he opened the scoring for Millwall against Nottingham Forest in the opening ten minutes with a 20-yard strike.

Morison completed the 90 minutes as Millwall twice led but they had to settle for a point in a 2-2 draw.

Morison made it two in two games for Millwall as he once again opened the scoring inside ten minutes as the beat Wigan 2-1 at the New Den. He was again completed the 90 minutes.

Nathan Turner - Chester (Season)
Nathan is still out of the Chester side through injury.

Lewis Turner - Chester (Season)
Lewis played the 90 minutes for Chester, as they were beaten 2-0 at home by Braintree.

Chester`s hopes were not helped when they had Paul Linwood sent off in the first half hour with the score at 0-0.

Lewis earned glowing praise from Chester boss Neil Young on their official website .

"We've played with 10 men for a lot of the game, but thought John Rooney and Lewis Turner in particular gave us something

"Lewis Turner was very good at right back."

Appearances 23 goals 1

Charlie Taylor - Fleetwood Town (January 1st)
Taylor played the 90 minutes for Fleetwood Town in their FA Cup tie with Burton Albion.

Fleetwood looked like progressing to the third round, going ahead on 83 minutes but they will now have to travel to Burton for a replay after Billy Kee equalised in the 3rd minute of injury time.

Appearances 11 goals 0

Ross Killock - Chester FC (January)
Ross is still sidelined with the injury he picked up against Nuneaton on November 23rd.

Appearances 6 goals 0

Aidy White - Sheffield United (January 1st)
White was ineligible for the blades today as they progressed to the third round of the FA Cup in a 2-0 win at Cambridge United.

Blades boss Nigel Clough stated on Friday that he was still trying to twist Brian McDermott`s arm and allowing him to play but it must have fallen on death ears.

Appearances 5 goals 0

Simon Lenighan - Bradford Park Avenue
Loan ended.
