LUFC Connolly training with Millwall

LUFC Connolly training with Millwall

Paul Connolly, who was released by Leeds United at the end of last season, is training with fellow championship side Millwall.

Connolly was released by Leeds after three-years at Elland Road, where he made 64 appearances.

He spent most of last season out on loan with Portsmouth and then Preston North End after being placed on the transfer list.

The 29-year-old could join Leeds striker Steve Morison at the New Den. The striker, who is currently on the sidelines after undergoing surgery on a groin injury, is on loan for the season after failing to make an impact at Elland Road after signing from Norwich City in January.
