LUFC Leeds Transfer Rumours - Week Seven

LUFC Leeds Transfer Rumours - Week Seven

We are now just one week away from the squad returning for pre-season training and Brian McDermott is still looking to add to the one signing he has already made.

Leeds have again been linked with a host of players this week.

Ghanaian international winger Albert Adomah is being linked with a move to Leeds after his relegation to League One with Bristol City last season.

Wigan Athletic, Cardiff City and Swansea City have also shown an interest

Another player who suffered relegation from the championship last season, Jamie O`Hara is also being linked with a move to Leeds.

The Wolves midfielder has publicly stated that he wants to leave the midlands club this summer although their new manager Kenny Jackett says he hasn`t received one enquiry about the former Tottenham midfielder.

Derby County striker Theo Robinson has been told he can find a new club by the rams. Leeds are showing an interest in the striker who scored 9 times in 35 appearances last season.

Former Leeds striker Marlon King is being linked with a return to the club.

The striker has been told he can find a new club by Birmingham City despite finishing the past two seasons as their leading goalscorer.

King made 9 appearances in his last stint with Leeds in 2005 without scoring.

West Brom defender Gabriel Tamas is being linked with Leeds as well as his Romania teammate Daniel Nicalue.

Tamas has made 77 appearances for the baggies since joining them in 2010. Tamas recently made the headlines in his home country for all the wrong reasons after being arrested for kicking a door in at an apartment block whilst drunk. It was made worse by the fact he was in Romania on international duty.

The 29-year-old has made 63 appearances for his country.

The defender has one-year remaining on his current deal at West Brom.

Striker Niculae is currently playing for Russian side Kuban Krasnodar and he is contracted with them until the summer of 2014.

The 30-year-old has had spells in Romania and France and he has netted 9 times in 39 appearances for his country.

Hearts defender Kevin McHattie is the latest to be linked with a move to Elland Road.

The 19-year-old made 22 appearances for the Scottish Premier League side last season.

Hearts have recently put their entire squad up for sale as they head towards administration.

Two players who have been linked with Leeds in previous weeks will not be joining.

Former loan defender Eric Lichaj has signed for Nottingham Forest whilst Reading defender Alex Pearce has signed a new two-year deal with the royals.

It seems that nobody wants any of our squad as another week goes by without anyone being linked with a move away from Elland Road.

All the rumours that I put up have been in the national press, local press or websites such as Skysports.com, Clubcall.com, and Teamtalk.com amongst others and not from sites where people just put up their wish list and make out that they have inside knowledge through their best mate`s uncle`s brother.
