'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Blackwell Has A Little More Time

Kevin Blackwell wants to put things right at Elland Road.

Speaking on the club website Blackwell said, 'It's probably been the most unpleasant week so far, but if you go into football management you expect weeks like that. I know we have a good group of players and I believe in what we are doing.'

It was rumoured Blackwell would be sacked this morning but again Ken Bates has kept quiet and it appears the under fire manager has been given more time.

'Things will turn around, I've no doubts about that,' said Blackwell.
