LUFC Can Leeds secure a vital three points?

Leeds United are back to Championship action on Wednesday night when Blackpool come to Elland Road.

Boss Neil Warnock is under serious pressure at the Leeds helm and the next two games could see the end of any hopes of a play-off place if they do not take at least four points from the games with Blackpool and Blackburn Rovers.

Blackpool arrive at Elland Road with a new manager in place, Paul Ince taking over on Monday to become their third boss this season.

The tangerines have enjoyed three wins out of three against Leeds since the sides met for the first time in forty years last season.

Leeds will definitely want to put right the nightmare that was last season, when Blackpool went back across the Pennines with all three points after a horror show from Leeds goalkeeper Paul Rachubka. Rachubka was substituted at half time and he has never played for Leeds again after being at fault for all three of their first half goals, Leeds eventually losing 5-0.
