'If It's Football, It's Vital'

LUFC Who was your Leeds man of the match?

Leeds United rolled back the years with a tenacious FA Cup win over Premier League Tottenham Hotspur.

From back to front, eleven players in a white shirt put their bodies on the line for Leeds.

Jamie Ashdown once again proved he is more than a capable replacement for Paddy Kenny in goal.

Sam Byram was faced with one of the best left wingers in the world in Gareth Bale and apart from a couple of moments, Byram more than matched him and put his body on the line.

Tom Lees and Lee Peltier looked solid in the centre of defence and Peltier, who has come in for a lot of criticism this season put in a tremendous performance, epitomised with a last ditch tackle in the last minute of the game.

Aidy White on the left also did a great job of keeping Aaron Lennon quiet.

In midfield, Michael Brown rolled back the years with a fighting performance although he nearly undid it all with one daft tackle in the final minute.

Luke Varney has been mocked this season by the Leeds faithful but he had his best game in a Leeds shirt and set the ball rolling with the opening goal.

With Luciano Becchio looking like he is on his way out, pressure will be put on Ross McCormack to score the goals and the Scottish international striker made it three goals in three games with a superb finish.

El Hadji Diouf seems to live for these games and once again, he was at the centre of everything for Leeds.

So who was your Leeds man of the match?
