LUFC Defender in Team of the Week

Leeds United defender Aidan White has been included in the Football League Championship Team of the Week.

The full back retained his place in the side for the 1-0 win over Bristol City on Saturday after coming on as an early replacement for Adam Drury in the midweek win over Birmingham City in the FA Cup.

The start was just his twelfth in the championship this season.

The Team of the Week also included former Leeds goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel who saved a last minute penalty for Leicester in their 1-0 home win over Middlesbrough.

The Team of the Week is chosen by the Press Association for the top eleven performing players for their positions over the weekend`s games.
