LUFC Tate enjoying time at Elland Road

On loan Leeds United defender Alan Tate says he feels it has gone well since he arrived at Elland Road at the end of last month.

Tate arrived on loan from Swansea City on the eve of the home game with Crystal Palace and he helped Leeds win for the first time in eight games against the table toppers.

Leeds followed it up with wins over Leicester City and Huddersfield Town before a disappointing defeat to Derby County last Saturday and Tate feels it has gone well since his arrival.

Speaking on LUTV, Tate said, "Three wins in four games since I arrived is good. It has gone well for me and I think I have done well and I will keep getting stronger."

Tate will be hoping that Leeds can get back to winning ways when they return to Elland Road for the game with inform Ipswich Town on Saturday.

The defender says he has enjoyed playing in front of the Leeds faithful since he has arrived. "I am loving it here, it is a great place to play and Elland Road has been brilliant in the two games that I have played there," added Tate.

Tate is on loan at Elland Road until after the game with Bolton Wanderers on New Years Day although he is ineligible for the game with Chelsea in the Capital One League Cup next week having already played in the competition for Swansea.
