LUFC Young defender extends loan deal

Young Leeds United defender Ross Killock has had his loan deal at Alfreton Town extended until the New Year.

The 18 year old has had his loan deal extended for a second time after impressing for the Blue Square Premier Division side since initially joining them at the start of October.

Killock returned to the Alfreton side on Sunday for their crunch FA Cup clash with Leyton Orient after missing his first game for the club since his arrival the previous week after losing a tooth and having two more knocked loose in the draw at Hyde.

He played against Leyton Orient with a custom-made gum shield but he could not help stop Alfreton slipping to a 4-2 defeat against their League One opponents.

He has now made ten appearances for Alfreton since his arrival and his current loan spell will now end on January 2nd.
