LUFC McCormack continues comeback

Leeds United striker Ross McCormack continued his return to fitness with 30 minutes for the development squad in their game with Crewe Alexandra on Monday afternoon.

McCormack played the opening half hour of their 4-3 defeat at Thorp Arch.

The Scottish international returned to the first team on Sunday for the first time since chipping an ankle in his bone at Cardiff City in mid-September.

Last season`s leading goalscorer had missed thirteen games before coming on as a second half substitute in the game at Millwall.

McCormack completed 27 minutes on Sunday after replacing Ryan Hall.

Youngster Patrick Antelmi, Chris Taylor and Chris Dawson were all on target in the 4-3 defeat to Crewe, with Leeds including Paul Rachubka and Patrick Kisnorbo in the starting elven.
