LUFC Leeds v Southampton Team News

Leeds United boss Neil Warnock will have to decide whether to rotate his squad for the League Cup tie with Southampton on Tuesday night.

Leeds are in the middle of three games in six days, with a trip to Brighton on Friday hot on the heels of the cup clash with Southampton.

Warnock must decide whether to risk Rodolph Austin, Lee Peltier and Michael Tonge who have all been nursing injuries in recent weeks.

Ryan Hall will miss out. The on loan winger is ineligible having already played in the competition for Southend this season.

Ross McCormack, Leigh Bromby, Davide Somma and Ramon Nunez all remain on the sidelines through injury.

Southampton boss Nigel Adkins may also shuffle his pack.

Japanese international Tadanari Lee looks set to come back into the squad.

Lee has made just one appearance for the Saints so far this season when they beat Stevenage in this competition in August.

Former Leeds defender Frazer Richardson could also return after overcoming a thigh strain that has kept him sidelined since the game with Fulham on October 7th.

Midfielder Jack Cork remains on the sidelines with a long-term injury.
