LUFC Leeds To Grab Yorkshire Bragging Rights?

Despite the recent form of both sides Sheffield Wednesday are favourites to claim the three points against Leeds United on Friday night.

Wednesday have picked up just one point from a possible twenty-one in their last seven games, whilst Leeds are unbeaten in four games, picking up ten points from a possible twelve.

BETFRED have Wednesday as the 5/4 favourites whilst it is 21/10 on a Leeds win and 12/5 on the draw.

Chris O`Grady is the leading goalscorer for Wednesday so far this season and he is 13/2 to open the scoring.

Jay Bothroyd is still waiting for his first goal for Wednesday after signing on loan from Cardiff City at the end of August.

Despite failing to score in his six starts, Bothroyd is 6/1 to score first.

Luciano Becchio is in great form for Leeds, having netted nine times already this season, including in two in his last two games. The Argentinian striker is 11/2 favourite to score first.

There are a number of ex Sheffield United players in the Leeds ranks, who are sure to get a warm reception from the Wednesday faithful.

Michael Tonge (14/1) and Michael Brown (25/1) could silence the home crowd with the opening goal.
