LUFC Lees in England squad for crucial play-offs

LUFC Lees in England squad for crucial play-offs

Leeds United defender Tom Lees has received his second call up to the England under 21 play-off games against Serbia next week.

Lees received a late call up to the under 21 squad for the crucial final group qualifier against Norway last month and he came on as a late substitute in the 1-0 win at Chesterfield.

The 21 year old will now hope to play his part as England look to qualify for next summer`s finals in Israel.

The squad also includes Danny Rose, Andros Townsend and Adam Smith who have all had spells with Leeds during their careers.

The first leg will take place at Carrow Road Norwich on Friday October 12th with the return leg in Serbia on Tuesday October 16th.
