LUFC Premier League referee to take charge
Roger East will be the man in charge when Leeds United welcome Hull City to Elland Road on Tuesday night.
East is enjoying his first season on the elite list and taking charge of games in the Premier League, in this his sixth season officiating in the Football League.
The Wiltshire official has taken charge of 8 games already this season, showing 19 yellow cards (2.37 per game) and 2 reds.
Last season he was in charge of 45 games, showing 124 yellow cards (2.75 per game) and 6 reds.
Leeds fans are probably still trying erase from their minds his last game in charge of the club. East was in charge of the 5-0 home defeat to Blackpool last season, when Tom Lees was shown a red card. Paul Rachubka had a horrendous 45 minutes in the Leeds goal and he was substituted at half time.
His only other game in charge of Leeds came in the 2009/10 season when they drew 1-1 at Leyton Orient.
His last game in charge of Hull was in March when they were held to a 2-2 draw at home by Ipswich Town.
Referee: ROGER EAST (Wiltshire)
Assistants: Simeon Lucas & Mark Astley
Fourth official: Darren Bond
