Well that is it, eighteen weeks of rumours, rumours and more rumours of who would be signing and who would be leaving Leeds United.
The transfer window closed on Friday and it went out with a whimper at Elland Road with nobody coming into the club.
Leeds have been reasonably busy, bringing in eleven players, whilst eight have left Elland Road for pastures new.
All in all, nine of the eleven players Leeds have brought in were linked with a move to Elland Road prior to them signing with the club with only James Ashdown and Adam Drury coming out of the blue.
Unfortunately in the final week, the window went out with a whimper as all the other championship squads were strengthened.
In the last week of the transfer window a number of players we have been linked with have found new clubs either full time or on loan.
Doncaster Rovers midfielder James Coppinger was the only new name linked with a move to Leeds in midweek but he joined Nottingham Forest on loan on deadline day.
Sheffield United duo Nick Montgomery and Stephen Quinn were both linked with Leeds in week 11 and they left Bramall Lane on transfer deadline day. Quinn signed for Hull City whilst Montgomery is off to play in the Australian A-League with Central coast mariners.
Nicky Maynard (week 13) left West Ham and signed for Cardiff, free agent Dave Kitson (week 14) signed for Sheffield United, Stuart Beavon (week 1) signed for Preston from Wycombe and David Templeton (week 12) joined Glasgow Rangers.
