LUFC Leeds v Shrewsbury Team News

Leeds United boss Neil Warnock could hand debuts to a number of his new signings for the game with Shrewsbury Town in the Capital One League cup-tie on Saturday.

The Leeds boss is expected to put out his strongest side for the game with new signings Paddy Kenny, Jamie Ashdown, Jason Pearce, Adam Drury, Rodolph Austin, Paul Green, Luke Varney, David Norris, Andy Gray and Lee Peltier all fighting for a starting place.

Leeds will definitely be without long-term injured Davide Somma and Leigh Bromby.

Shrewsbury, managed by Graham Turner is also expected to put out a strong side and Turner can pick from an almost fully fit squad.

Reuben Hazell and Darren Jones are the only doubts having picked up calf injuries in pre-season.
