LUFC Leeds beat Bridlington in friendly

Neil Refearn`s Leeds United development squad won their latest pre-season friendly at Bridlington Town on Tuesday.

The Leeds side once again included transfer listed Paul Rachubka and Paul Connolly, whilst the rest of the squad was made up from young professionals or academy players within the club.

There was also a place in the squad for French 20-year-old Kevin Gomez who is currently having a trial with the club.

16-year-old striker Luke Parkin scored twice for Leeds and one from 17-year-old midfielder Chris Dawson, who came off the bench, secured a 3-0 win for Leeds against Bridlington who play in the Northern Counties East League Premier Division.
